Thank you for using the City of Ottawa online parking ticket payment service.
Currently payment is accepted by Visa or MasterCard only.

A non-refundable service fee of $1.50 is applied to every transaction.

Please note that if your ticket has gone to the Ministry of Transportation for collection, it is no longer payable using this service.

Searches may be done using the Parking Infraction Number or Licence Plate Number.

Tickets that have been transferred to the Ministry of Transportation for default of payment and/or tickets that have been paid will not be shown with a license plate search. For specific information on any of these tickets, please use the ticket number search method.
